Keep your mind and body active.

Step outside your house or go for a walk or run. Play a sport, dance, ride a bike or do some gardening. Find something you enjoy and do it regularly. Exercising makes you feel good and helps to clear your mind.

NEW: Frontline Wellness and the 000 Foundation are excited to offer the frontline community free yoga classes.

These classes are aimed at current and former first responders (emergency services workers and volunteers incl. Police, PSO, PCO, FRV, AV, ESTA, SES).

Classes are delivered by teachers who have lived experience of frontline work.

Free to participants, smaller class size – mats and props are supplied.

A Fitness Passport card paves the way to your health and fitness goals, allowing you (and your family) access to any of the facilities available on this program. This program is only open to paid employees of Ambulance Victoria. It is noted that ACOs work variable paid hours for AV and it is suggested they contact shannon.andrew@ambulance.vic.gov.au to discuss their individual circumstances and eligibility.

Note: This is a national Fitness Passport program restriction, not a restriction instigated by AV.

Operation Soul Surf – Founded in mid-2021, Sergeant Barry Randall, decided to combine his passion for surfing and the ocean with his desire to support those who have experienced PTSD and trauma, for Sergeant Randall surfing had always been his escape, a way to destress and release my inner turmoil.

The program is aimed at those with zero surfing experience or perhaps someone who surfed many years ago and would like to start again.
