In 2009 AV completed 18 months of extensive redevelopment of our Clinical Practice Guidelines, the first major overhaul of their design since inception. These Guidelines were then updated in 2012 using the same design.

The design has moved aware from the traditional text based algorithm and been replaced with a colour coded, graphical flowchart that enhances a paramedic's decision-making process.

The new Clinical Practice Guidelines are now available in watermarked PDF format below. All copyright remains with AV and must not be reproduced without prior written consent from AV.
