Membership
If you have a membership, please use the Member Portal to renew or update your personal details, or confirm your membership status. If you would like to become a member, join online and receive email confirmation.
Alternatively you can contact us in the following ways:
- Email: membership@ambulance.vic.gov.au (please provide three points of ID such as full name, address including postcode, and date of birth).
- General enquiries: Call 1300 366 141 (Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, closed Sunday and Public Holidays).
- New or reinstated membership: Call 1800 648 484
Please note, you will be required to provide three points of ID in order to make changes or obtain information about a membership.
