The Ambulance Victoria (AV) Membership Scheme is operated by AV and is offered as a cost effective way for Victorians to be protected against the fees incurred when using ambulance services.

The Ambulance Victoria (AV) Membership Scheme is operated by AV and is offered as a cost effective way for Victorians to be protected against the fees incurred when using ambulance services.

The AV Membership Scheme Business Rules are applicable to all Members and eligible Member Dependants included on the Membership. In applying for or Renewing Membership, the applicant/Member (and any Dependants included on a Family Membership) agrees for the Membership Period:

  1. To be bound by the AV Membership Scheme Business Rules and AV Privacy Policy; and
  2. That AV may at any time vary or replace the Membership Scheme Business Rules and/or any or all of the Membership Fees, which will bind the Member with effect from the date on which the Business Rules and/or the Membership Fees are varied or replaced.
