AV welcomes Jessica Lambous as the new Executive Director Enterprise Services

Ambulance Victoria (AV) is pleased to welcome Jessica Lambous to its executive leadership team as the new Executive Director Enterprise Services.

Ms Lambous joins the organisation with extensive experience in public sector financial management, business transformation, risk, and procurement.

She has previously held senior executive positions (including as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Deputy Secretary Corporate Services) with the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources and other State-owned enterprises.

Most recently, Ms Lambous was the Managing Director of Finance, Risk and Cyber at one of Australia’s leading advisory consultancies.

Jordan Emery, Ambulance Victoria CEO, says in addition to the calibre of experience, Ms Lambous’ leadership style, values, and cultural alignment makes her a great fit for AV.

“Jessica’s approach to balancing financial compliance and sustainability with innovation and new ideas, and her leadership values of creating a culture of inspiration, collaboration and achievement will be a great asset to AV.”

Ms Lambous says a passion for the public sector and her desire to build capability at AV, ensuring the continued delivery of impactful health services motivated her to take up this opportunity.

“I’m honoured to join Ambulance Victoria, and I look forward to leading and supporting the enterprise functions that underpin our operational workforce – ensuring we have the strategies, infrastructure and partnerships in place to deliver safe, sustainable and high- quality care to all Victorians, now and into the future”.

Ms Lambous is also a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a member of the Australian Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
