This data includes the statistical outcomes of agreed targets for the performance priorities as outlined in the Annual Statement of Priorities.

This data set includes the percentage of 000 cases resulting in callers receiving health advice or service from another health provider as an alternative to an emergency ambulance response.

Adult Retrieval Victoria provides clinical coordination, retrieval and critical care services. This data set includes handled cases, total retrievals and air retrievals.

Response performance is the percentage of Code 1 incidents which have an ambulance response within 15 minutes of the call being received. This data set includes state-wide response performance and performance for areas with a population greater than 7,500.

Work force data includes Full-Time Equivalent staffing information for our on road clinical staff, operational support and management staff, other managerial, professional and administrative staff as well as MICA staffing numbers.
