I have changed my details, who do I contact to update this?

It is important to contact Ambulance Victoria to update your personal details to ensure that you are fully protected and important information can be received by yourself. Having the correct details will ensure that your membership remains current.

There are four ways to change your address and contact details:

1. Phone - Customer Service Centre on 1300 366 141. Please note the main member must call to make these changes.
2. Internet - via the Ambulance Victoria membership page at www.ambulance.vic.gov.au.
3. Fax the signed request to 1800 997 799
4. Send your signed request to Ambulance Victoria at PO Box 278 South Melbourne Vic 3205.
