Should you or your family need to call an ambulance, you can present your card to the paramedics or simply inform them that you are a member. If this is not possible at the time, do not be concerned. The cost of your ambulance usage will be matched to your membership by the Ambulance Victoria Accounts Department and covered with no excess to be paid or forms to be completed.
Please note that membership is not a prerequisite for receiving ambulance transport however you will receive an invoice for payment if you are not a member and you use ambulance services.
