Clinical Instructors

Clinical Instructors are responsible for on the road day-to-day training of graduate paramedics and those qualified ambulance paramedics returning to an on the road role after time away.

A clinical instructor’s main focus is on the clinical, operational and professional development of students/paramedics. They undertake extensive training to perform this role effectively.

You must have a minimum of 18 months on road experience as a qualified ambulance paramedic before applying to be a Clinical Instructor.
