ARV provides the following resources for the use of staff, referrers or other professionals:

• ARV Reference Manual: This document is intended as a reference manual and educational resource for ARV clinical staff.  It is to be read in conjunction with all Ambulance Victoria Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• ARV Referral Form: This form outlines the information we need from you at the time of referral. It will also serve as a transfer letter for your patients.
• ARV Coordinator Record: This form demonstrates the information obtained by our coordinators for each case they are involved with.
• ARV Incident Report: This document forms the basis to resolve any issues, unusual situations or variations to normal practice relating to adult retrieval services across the state.
