The Ambulance Victoria Strategic Plan 2010-12 is now available for download. The Plan, was developed following a review of AV’s strategic direction by the Board of Directors and Executive Group. The review of our longer term strategies is a key part of the AV annual planning cycle, which includes development of the Annual Plan, Divisional Plans and the Budget.
The Plan builds on and develops further the previous MAS Strategic Plan for 2008-2010 and the draft RAV Strategic Plan. The Plan aims to maximise service efficiency as part of a wider integrated health network. Fostering staff development and welfare, developing internal capacity and organisational resources, and promoting health system and community initiatives are also key themes.
