A complaint about service provided by AV can be lodged by:
A patient
A patient’s family or friend (please note: AV may need the patient’s consent to investigate particular aspects of the complaint)
A patient’s doctor, carer or support service
A member of the Ambulance Victoria membership scheme
A receiving hospital
Members of Parliament, Health Services Commissioner or Ombudsman
A member of the public
