How is your complaint dealt with?

After a complaint has been lodged, AV will consider the complaint. Your complaint will be registered and an acknowledgement sent to you. Your complaint will then be sent to the relevant manager for investigation as appropriate. The investigation process can sometimes seem lengthy, however, please be assured that we will be working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

Please note that a minimum of one month is allocated to investigate a complaint.  This can sometimes take longer depending on staff availability and complexity of the complaint. Upon completion of the investigation, you will be notified in writing of the outcome.
