Currently Ambulance Victoria has a full time Patient Transport Officer vacancy within Non Emergency Services. This position is located in Wonthaggi.
Patient Transport Officers provide care and transport of non emergency patients. The primary objective of this role is to provide an effective and efficient service in the transport of non emergency pre and post hospital patients to assist in achieving service goals and targets relating to non emergency transport.
To apply for this position applicants must hold a Certificate III in Non Emergency Patient Transport or an equivalent qualification. A current Victorian driver’s licence is also essential.
The successful applicants will be required to pass a medical and physical fitness assessment as determined by Ambulance Victoria.
